This policy covers slomka.pro, a personal portfolio and blog. The controller of any personal data described here is Krzysztof Słomka, Kraków, Poland. Contact: krzysztof@slomka.pro.

What the site collects

• Page statistics without cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views, referrers and performance metrics. They set no cookies and store no personal data, so they run for every visitor.
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager, only after you accept. A banner asks on your first visit. Nothing from Google loads until you choose “accept”. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set.
• Your choices, stored in your browser. The cookie decision and the light/dark theme are kept in local storage on your device. They are never sent to a server.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations.

What the site does not do

There are no accounts, no comments and no forms. The only way to write to me is email, and I use your address only to reply.

Email

If you email me, I keep the conversation as long as it is useful and delete it on request. I do not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Write to krzysztof@slomka.pro. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes

If the analytics setup changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves.
